How to Book:

Confirm Your Booking

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.


Your transformation package includes:

One coaching session via Zoom, Facetime or in person depending on location (60 minutes) each week

Tactical tools, exercises and worksheets

Habit strategies for lasting change

Support through text via email or WhatsApp as needed (up to 24 hour response time)

Weekly check-in via email prior to coaching session

You have the choice between 3 and 6 month packages or we can tailor a package that specifically designed for you!

I also offer talk and walks including local hikes

Payment can be made via credit card, Stripe, or bank transfer. Details will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
